Octane Support
Octane reads your training plan, your wearables, your nutrition, the conditions and what you take together — one training recommendation a day, then a read of how you performed and how your body responded.

Email privacy@careyos.com and a human will reply. If you’re signed in on the app, Settings → “Report a problem” sends us the technical context automatically, so you don’t have to explain version numbers.
Connections acting up?
- Garmin / Oura — open Settings → Connections in the app. A row marked “Needs attention” usually just wants you to reconnect; disconnect and connect again.
- Runna — Octane reads the private calendar link you pasted. If Runna issued you a new link, paste the new one over the old.
- Apple Health — check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Octane, and open the app once so it can catch up.
- A workout is missing — pull to refresh on Today; most sources deliver within the hour.
